Motion-Mining® enables automated analysis of manual work processes. Employees wear three wearables - on their wrists and on their belt - to measure various activities. The localization takes place via small radio transmitters, so-called beacons. The data collected is automatically analyzed and evaluated in the web-based software platform "MPI". The activities and process steps are assigned using a pattern recognition process based on machine learning algorithms. This enables extremely precise output of process key figures and the subsequent determination of optimization potential.
