The Magic of TARGET and CURRENT states – How Machine Learning unifies MTM and MotionMining®
The joint presentation with Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang, MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., will focus on the magical world of ACTUAL and TARGET. Using the example of a parcel delivery service project, the two speakers will show how digital motion capture, AI and the application of the MTM method standard interlock, paving the way from (subjective) gut feeling to data-based (objective) facts. These facts in turn form the ergonomic basis for the definition of reasonable performance corridors and thus for the sustainable improvement of working conditions in parcel delivery services.
Vita
Dr.-Ing. Sascha Feldhorst founded MotionMiners GmbH together with two partners in October 2017. He previously studied computer science and worked in logistics research at TU Dortmund University and the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML. His research was awarded the BVL Science Prize and the Innovation Prize of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in 2019. However, he has left research behind and has now been putting all his creative energy into MotionMiners GmbH and motion mining technology for over 5 years. In his role as Managing Director, he is responsible for strategy, financing and strategic partnerships.
