We all pursue the same goals, regardless of whether we come from the agile, lean or MTM direction. I am convinced that if we can recognize and clearly identify our major, undeniable overlaps, then we will be able to implement optimizations in organizations together and across disciplines. When we think from the big to the small, we always end up with the employees who work on the value-adding processes and this is precisely where it is important not to become too technical, but to continue to recognize the people.
Over the two days, I will be very interested to see what drives and interests the participants during the SUMMIT. It will be a pleasure to guide you through the event and to have a chat or two on the sidelines.
