The joint presentation with Dr. Sascha Feldhorst, CEO MotionMiners GmbH, will focus on the magical world of ACTUAL and TARGET. Using the example of a parcel delivery service project, the two speakers will show how digital motion capture, AI and the application of the MTM method standard interlock, paving the way from (subjective) gut feeling to data-based (objective) facts. These facts in turn form the ergonomic basis for the definition of reasonable performance corridors and thus for the sustainable improvement of working conditions in parcel delivery services.
