AI-supported MTM evaluation of video data

Artificial intelligence is currently one of the most discussed technologies with potential in many areas of application. One particularly interesting area of application is the AI-supported recording and evaluation of work processes using commercially available video cameras. The HAawAI research project is investigating which information relevant to industrial engineering can be automatically determined using current AI approaches. The overarching goal is to combine this technology with the proven MTM methodology via the MTMmotion® interface, and the current status of the investigations will be presented in the lecture. The procedure will also be presented with the aid of a prototype.

Virtual work design with Halocline and MTMmotion®

The work planner of the future will increasingly be able and required to work with digital tools such as virtual reality (VR). The combination of Halocline and MTM makes it possible to design workstations and layouts in a more targeted and efficient way. The core component of this combination - the MTMmotion® interface - enables the automated generation of time data for working methods from VR simulations. This supplements the possibilities of MTM with a dynamic and precise recording of work processes in the shortest possible time.

The presentation emphasizes the synergies between Halocline and MTM and discusses how this joint approach improves workplace design. The procedure will be illustrated using a practical application example.
